Mr. Martin joined Alex. Brown Realty, Inc. (“ABR”) in 2006, and is responsible for generating new joint venture real estate investment opportunities in the Western United States with a focus on multifamily, industrial, office, retail and hospitality assets. Mr. Martin, an Acquisitions Officer with ABR, previously covered the Midwest United States for the company’s acquisition group.
Prior to his employment with ABR, Mr. Martin spent four years with Continental Realty Corporation (‘CRC”), a Baltimore based owner, developer and manager of commercial and residential real estate. At CRC, Mr. Martin was responsible for assisting with the acquisition, disposition and management of the company’s multifamily portfolio.
Mr. Martin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
